Physical education is important for many reasons from combating obesity, enhancing motor skills to developing co-operation and sportsmanship in your students. Teachers may feel uncomfortable teaching physical education or they may not know what to do. This article describes six physical education games and activities that will accomplish all these goals and will have students asking for more.
